Sweet Water Smoke

Stumbled upon this on a long road trip - what a hidden gem. The place was full of folks enjoying nachos and cheese fries (which I ordered), and boy did they rock. Never frozen fries, not overfried, and the cheese sauce was closer to hollandaise than nacho cheese. About as close as you can get to guilt--free cheese fries. We tried a three meet combo - all meats perfectly smoked and fat rendered perfectly. You looking for awesome BBQ, looking for meal that hit the spots hard but not your stomach, this is the road stop for yku

Been there more than a dozen times, tried almost all of the menu... never have been disappointed. Great food!
